His family founded one of Charlotte's first residential construction companies in the early 1960s, building a legacy of quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. Immersed in the real estate industry from a young age, Andy cultivated a strong work ethic, a dedication to excellence, and a genuine focus on people.

Andy brings over 20 years of leadership experience from nonprofit building initiatives worldwide, overseeing the construction and renovation of diverse facilities, including schools, medical centers, and veteran housing. His leadership has spanned the US, South America, and the Caribbean, earning him recognition from the U.S. Ambassador to Jamaica and the key to the city of São Paulo, Brazil. He has led impactful projects in numerous locations, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to service. Additionally, he has shared his expertise as an adjunct professor at his alma mater, Gardner-Webb University.

Since joining Helen Adams Realty in 2016, Andy has achieved significant success. Named Rookie of the Year in his first year, he quickly became a top producer and customer service leader. In 2023, he expanded his leadership as Director of Agent Success before being appointed as Broker-In-Charge of the firm's Ballantyne office. This unique blend of leadership and hands-on real estate expertise distinguishes him in the Charlotte real estate community.
